(Han-Yang Arsenal opened from 23 April 1894 until 14. June 1894, restored August 1895). Transit,Shanghai c.d.s. backstamped, front shows Hong Kong transit and arrival c.d.s. Very rare usage only 8 days after Arsenal opened. Important BOXER forerunner. It is very difficult to find anything from Chinese side on Boxer war. (Photo). Est. 300 - 400 CHF.
